Do you accept insurance? ABC Way LLC is in-network with Tricare, Optum, and select BCBS plans for eligible Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Insurance coverage is determined by your individual health plan and may require a qualifying diagnosis, prior authorization, and documentation demonstrating medical necessity. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, and authorization is not guaranteed. Before services begin, we will assist you in verifying your benefits and determining whether the recommended services may be covered by your insurance plan. If services are not authorized by your insurance company, if your plan does not provide coverage for the requested service, or if ABC Way LLC is not contracted with your insurance carrier, private pay options are available. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation and explore available service options.

Is parent coaching covered by insurance? Insurance coverage for parent coaching varies by payer and plan. Some parent training and caregiver-focused services may be covered when provided as part of an authorized ABA treatment plan and when all insurance requirements are met. However, many coaching, consultation, and educational services are not covered by health insurance benefits. In these cases, services may be available through private pay. We are happy to discuss your goals, review your insurance benefits, and help determine the most appropriate service option for your family.

Do I need an autism diagnosis? No. Many families seek coaching for behavior challenges, ADHD, emotional regulation, or parenting stress.
